Blazers average 23.8 assists a game. Will they get more/less than that tonight?

No I was not. I was just pointing out that LA was putting up some bad shots, and everyone else started wailing.

Ah bull, you were running your jaw like you were en route to Mt Tabor.

Hmmm. Well that was unexpected. Losing to Minny's bench is unacceptable.

Can't wait to hear LaMarcus' post game interview.

Some nursing homes in Germany have fake bus stops to keep Alzheimer's patients from wandering away.

I should be able to say anything I want to people that have me on ignore.

The Blazers played like cellar dwellers tonight. So be it. Lamarcus, Lillard and Batum shooting dismally. So be it. But why doesn't coach play some fresh legs?
Games like this are Leonard games for sure. Hell, the last game I saw him play he got 12 boards. That would have work well tonight. Maybe he could make some shots too,
nobody else was going to get it done. Come on coach, draw a card or two when you got a crappy hand.

Totally agree. I in no way am going to try and tell anyone anywhere that i know more than Stotts about what he should be doing but when the team is down 20+ points midway through the 3rd quarter and Aldridge is 0-6 or something like that, why not start letting the bench get in there and try to bring it back? Heck if they do bring it back let them try to win it. At that point they will have earned it. What could be the problem with letting the starters sit for a bit?

In tonight's interview, I counted 14 "ya know's" from LaMarcus. He's like a "ya know" ninja, sometimes slipping 2-3 in so quickly that it's hard count.

Tonight he started off slowly but really picked it up to a furious pace in the end.

I like sinobas because he's so much like me :D. Don't agree with the Aldridge stuff, though. Just hate when the team shows no effort to get a rebound and Batum is driving me nuts with his boneheaded plays/passes/shots.

you seem to hate more than that though.

Though, batum is really wearing on me.

For those who ignored Sino' I think it's time to un-ignore him

Ask yourself, what would Jesus do?

I try not to, but it just happens. I can accept losses, sometimes even to bad teams as long as we just put a little effort. This is just another game where we are more talented and just tried to rely on that to win. In a lot of cases the better talent will win no matter how big of a hole you're in, we have seen this constantly with Portland. We have to figure something out because when we play the San Antonios of the world and we dig a hole, just like in the playoffs last year we will end up losing by a good amount to the good teams. I guess I just hate seeing the team "play to the level of the competition." Thats what irks me I suppose.

And yes my patience has been thin with Batum. I was never a huge fan, I understand it was probably going to take a little time coming back from his injury but I just cannot stand those horrible passes he throws. He tries to get way too fancy sometimes and that isn't what we need. And I just don't get how he cannot make his shots with how open he gets at times.

Makes sense. Though, I don't even think the 70+ win bulls could have beaten that spurs team after game 7 against the mavs. from that game on they were (not literally) unbeatable.

San Antonio loses games like this too. I'm not worried.

But that's usually when they rest their starting lineup. Their starting lineup doesn't lose to the benches of shitty teams.

You mean when they lost to Utah yesterday with only tony parker out?

"Only Tony Parker". And which starters were out for Utah? No, I don't mean a game like that.

San antonio is deep.

Utah doesn't have starters, they have young players, like, i dunno, minny had today. san antonio should have beaten them, don't you think?

How much worse would the loss have been if they had Tony Parker, and the Jazz were without Trey Burke, Hayward and Gobert? That's basically what happened to Portland tonight.

Its still a horrible loss. you don't get a better loss or a worse loss. it's a loss. then again, in sports i don't believe in moral victories. san antonio should have won, and we should have won. but we don't suck. neither does san antonio.
