Watching the game from last night and Nic Batum won that damn game for us down the stretch. He was everywhere!!!! BOTH ends of the court! And Lopez.....his post D and tap outs for second chances was amazing!

They definitely earned their checks last night

Something that YOU'VE never done!

What are you talking about? Your wife just loved paying me for sexual favors. Said I was 100x longer than you ever lasted. Funny thing, it was only 2 minutes

yawn at concerned about Lillard - the Clips bent their team defense around stopping Lillard.

yes, Paul and Griffin scored a lot but at the expense of the other players turning into spectators. Two of their starters combined for a grand total of 2 points. That's ESPN basketball, it's not Blazers basketball.

Exactly right. Man, Nico has so much potential. He's like LA when we had Roy; it's just his mindset to sublimate his game. And Lopez does all those little things. He's a perfect fit next to Aldridge.

The starting five have tuned their games to complement LaMarcus's game, knowing defenses will be all over him. By doing this instead of going for their own smaller versions of "hero" games like some starting fives do, they've made it impossible to double any one player and succeed.

An example: Crawford's man scored time and again when LaMarcus had the ball, because he'd drift over to help out, leaving someone open. And that someone is there because he knows Crawford will drift onto LA. He wasn't on the other side of the court from LA in his favorite spot; he was where he needed to be to bait the trap.
