The game was one of the worst things in the world to watch... worse than that NYK/MIA game a few nights ago (I chose to watch a documentary on the Bubonic Plague instead). But all that horrendousness only created one loss.

Chew on this though: we haven't beaten a team above .500 since Feb 1.

In that time, We've played a total of 4 games against over .500 teams (Ind, OKC, SA, and LA clippers) And lost by a total of 15 points. The 9 games of teams below .500? 7-2.

The Lakers were the better team from start to finish. No fluke involved here.

That's atrocious. Not only do you have to protect home court, you especially have to do it against a team under .500.

That's a lack of killer instinct, and being outplayed all game by a horrendous Lakers team, at home, is just unacceptable.

Shitty loss and we have had a lot of them like that this year. We came out slow and with little energy and couldn't find a way to slow down the Lakers. They ran us off our own court and its a loss that hurts.
This loss doesn't spell the end of race for home court advantage but it makes us have to win one of the games that looks like a loss on any of the upcoming road trips to make up for it. Its something we can definitely do but nothings guaranteed. I personally think it'll come down to Clippers vs us as the last game of the season to decide home court advantage.
