I'd give props on this night, though to the Invisible Man, too. Batum hit those crunch time free throws. He misses those, or makes only one, and New Orleans has a lot more options on that last possession.

11 pts, 8 rb, 7 ast, 0 TO. Pretty good night for Batum. I'll take that!

Dame is the man. LA has kinda fizzled the past couple games. I'm wondering if his hand is bothering him.

It's by design. Lillard said that there is more attention on LA and it his job to get himself, Nic and Wes going to open up things for LA.

Best bench line--Meyers Leonard. 2 points, 4 rebounds, 1 block in 10 minutes. Only bench player with a positive +/-.

I don't think LA shooting 8-24 is "by design."

His shot is a little off, and a hurt hand could definitely explain it.

I just want to thank Carlito for his marvelous reverse jinx. Without him, we would have been blown out. Thank you Mixum!

Every game this month (outside the Philly stomping) the blazers dug themselves a hole early and it took a big third quarter to come back.

At one point, we were down 13.

Fez said we needed a big third quarter, but we didn't. We made a huge run at the end of the second quarter.

Also, we got down 13 because New Orleans was shooting 78% for a while. That's just insane shooting.

Okay you bastards!!! Mixum doesn't even post in this forum. He was banned remember?!?! Fucking change my hypothetical bashing back!

You're a role model for our newer members. No personal insults.

Btw, Ajinca looks like an NBA player now. He was a presence, especially on the boards.

He's gonna be a superstar in a couple years. I think he's way ahead of the big man curve.

I just don't see alpha dog. I see a very good second guy. One of the best power forwards? Probably, but is he a guy like Aldridge that you can feed again and again when you need points?

That's funny because everyone used to say Aldriddge was only a second guy. Some even said he was a third guy.

His game has come a long way in the many years he's been in Portland. We have no idea how much Davis will develop by the time he's been in the league as long as Aldridge.

He can be. He has good range and I believe he can score down low easily if he really wants to.

But we know it's possible. If Aldridge could do it, why not AD?

Once that kid develops a post game, he will be unstoppable! Last year's draft class may have 3 superstars come out of it! Awesome!

It already does. Drummond is the worst of the three right now and should be an all-star.
