Lopez with 7 rebounds, only got credit for 2 blocks, changed course of about 10 shots. Lopez having an excellent game. He really bothers them.

Number of people surprised: 0.

Robin is so consistent.

Not sure how I feel about that... On one hand, I'd like our bench to score better. On the other hand, the other guys on the bench simply can't score, so I'd rather have CJ taking all the shots.

The bigger issue was the starters who played with the bench. Wes had a bad stretch

LA 5-13, Durant 8-12. LA shoots in the 30s way too damn much for a PF.

He also gets bumped on a lot more of his shots. Just sayin'...

And Durant is shooting over a guy who is about 6 inches shorter than him.

Looking at the box score. Collison is 4-4 in 12 minutes. Gotta stop him and Lamb.

I'd rather have more of a competent bench, but I'm all for CJ scoring and learning/improving. This is his time and I just worry he'll get buried to like 10 minutes a game once freaking Mo comes back.

Somewhere, MediocreMan is saying "I told you the Blazers needed to get another big man."

God I hope not. Playing CJ would be a great way to slightly cut down on the minutes of Dame, Wes, and Nic to help keep them fresh.

The sad thing is that Mo is capable of being a good point guard.... but he doesn't play within the offense. He's the only guy on our team that doesn't play within the offense.

Partly because the second stringers can't score.

Paging Chris Wilcox, Earl Barron, Jason Collins, Joel Pryzbilla, DeSagana Diop .....

At this point, I'd trade Mo for a competent backup center. I was against getting one because I thought Freeland was doing exactly what we needed him to do, but that's a wrap.

Marcus Camby signed with the Houston Rockets last July, but was later waived as he needed surgery to repair the torn plantar fascia in his foot. Camby's rehab is going well and he should be ready to play later this month, reports Shams Charania of RealGM.

Any interest?

What kind of big man do you think trading Mo could get?

Depends... what team needs a chucker of a backup PG and has a decent big man for sale?

Seriously though, I think we still need Mo even with his Bad Mo-ments.

We should trade Mo Williams for a center. We're better off without him, with Mo out, CJ gets the shots. Earl doesn't turn it over as much.
