If we had Mo we would have won.

One game on the bandwagon, one game off. Next win we get, youll say contender. Just choose one already.![]()
How many games are we going to chalk up as "they were tired"? That's total bologna
Durant is scoring 30+ practically every night, you don't think he's tired?
Because OKC, the road team wasn't tired at all. It's the damn NBA. All teams are tired. Easily the most tired excuse after every single loss.
At the beginning of the season, we were winning all the back to backs, most of the road games. We had aq TON of energy and no excuses. Tonight's team looks a LOT different.
No I won't. I've seen enough and I see the way things are headed. Not to mention we lost Freeland. We will make playoffs but it won't be a top 4 seed unless we can run the table on all those home games after the break. Not gonna happen. MM was right. Said a big would get hurt. Said we'd be mediocre by the All Star break. Well, we're 12-11 in last 23.
Our big 3 (LAM/Dame/Wes) combined to shoot 12-47 (25%) and took 55% of our shots. How did we only lose by 3?
Looks like Batum and CJ had nice games (except the turnovers: yikes).
Sounded like Batum played stellar defense too, and Fropez was a man again.
I thought Nico, CJ, or Lillard should have taken that last shot. Definitely not LaMarcus, especially if he has a sore hammy or groin or whatever.

^^you?
Durant missed a bunch of shots at the end of this game. We just missed more.Durant is better than Aldridge. That doesn't make Aldridge not a superstar. What about the two games we won where Durant missed huge open shots at the end of both games.

13-11 vs teams .500 or better

I thought overall we had a lot of energy, just couldn't hit our open shots in the second half.At the beginning of the season, we were winning all the back to backs, most of the road games. We had aq TON of energy and no excuses. Tonight's team looks a LOT different.
Total nonsense, fair weather fan meltdowns are what we're better off without. LaMarcus is an amazing player..he had a bad game so you throw him off the bus. Real insightful stuff.
Someone could get some heat for that at work. We need to keep the members employed for when Denny turns this into a pay site during the playoffs.

No, no, you don't understand. Only the Blazers have to play 82 games. The only actual games the other teams play are those against the Blazers and those on national TV. All those other scores every night? Fake. Played on a computer and posted on the internet to deceive us. The Blazers are the only team that has to deal with real fatigue or injuries.
Or maybe fatigue is just a weak excuse for a team not playing well.![]()
I really wanted Portland to win this game because it would have made me feel better about the rest of the season to some degree.
LA is shooting %42 in his last 5 ball games (41/97) which isn't all that bad but considering that he's a volume shooter, it certainly doesn't help the team. I think that teams are playing him far differently now versus the beginning of the season. Teams are crowding him when playing defense which Louis scola always did that was effective. I myself would like to see him shoot the ball from down low more.
