18k people in the arena and they are NOT doing their job...they need to add some energy
 
Better period than the 1st, but still not A game. Going to be a big battle in the 3rd, especially with the Canes starting on the PP. One good period away from the ECF, let's go boys come out ready to play a huge 3rd.

Good to see something break well for Trouba who has been struggling big time.
 
Taking a stupid penalty. Rangers are playing with fire not staying out of the box.
 
Fair enough...and I'll apologize for making it personal....I just get tired of seeing complaining about referees...it is what it is, anyone could look at these games and say the referees miss calls on both teams regularly.
I do it myself too so I am the pot calling the kettle black. Sorry for being a dick.

It’s all good. We all get emotional. Especially when drinking (which I tend to do watching our team). My bad also man. At the end of the day, we are both rooting for our team to win. We just air how we feel differently. I can’t yell at the tv which is what I used to do, so I vent on here. All good brother. I’m sorry also.
 
HUGE third period. Survive the PK, get some pressure afterwards, get to the first tv timeout still up and then win up to the next tv timeout. Then win to the next tv timeout. Then close out the game and send them home!
 
The Rangers are playing like this is a game seven. Not bringing the game to Carolina whatsoever. Schneider looked foolish on that goal.
 
Unreal. We are playing East west, they are playing north south. Fucking idiots.
 
100% deserved with the way they have played. Completely timid and expecting to win 1-0.
 
Rangers look tired they’re passing sucks. Their skating sucks. They basically have been dominated the entire game.
 
Unless we are willing to commit to a forecheck and get a dirty goal, this series is headed back to Carolina. Everything is East west, one shot and out, shots from the outside with no one in front, guys being passive and not shooting. Just everything we were doing wrong towards the end of the season showing up at the wrong time.
 
We are cooked tonight. Every single bad habit this team fixed in the first 7 games have shown back up the last two. Not one, not two, but THREE Rangers below the line covering no one. And once again, when in the offensive zone, no forecheck, no pressure. Just one and done as has been the case since midway through second period.

This is a Rempe moment. Put him out there, let him throw his body around, maybe get a fight with Tiny Dick’Angelo and get some emotion back in the crowd and on the bench.
 
Except for the start they have been terrible.
