WOW, GameSpot the site I trusted for years all of a sudden when PS3 came out, they have been bashing PS3,PS3 games, and SONY!!!, ratchet and clank perhaps the BEST PLATFORMER EVER just got a 7.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats seriously missed up!!!!! that game deserves a 9.6 or even more, I would say a 10!!!!!!!!!!! Take a look at the GameSpot forums people are rioting and R & C threads are getting locked ever second!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GAMESPOT SUCKS AND THEY SUCK AT REVIEWING GAMES, check out the forums PLEASE DONT EVER SUPPORT GAMESPOT, RIGHT NOW THERE SCARED TO DEATH!!!!!!! WE NOW ALL KNOW GAMESPOT HAD SOMETHING FOR THE PS3!!!!!!!! DO YOU THINK HALO 3 WOULD OF GOT A 9.5 FOR PS3.....NO!!!!!! even though i think it would of lol NOW I KNOW WHY EVERY SINGLE GAME GOT A BAD SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE PS3 WAS NEVER BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ummm......latest R&C game for PS2 got a 8.6 and the others got scores of 9.0, 8.8, 8.7 and all of a sudden for PS3 it got a 7.5? Yeah right.</p>

I still don't know wheter to get a PS3 I have the money and all but the weak game library makes me not buy it.ratchet and clank is a good series of games there fun to play and entertaining I think 7.5 is kind of harsh a 9 seems fair.</p>

Believe me you will love it, I don't have it yet but I'm buying it soon, but it's freakin sick, I played ever single one for the PS2 and loved them. You won't be disappointed.</p>

I rented that game for PS2, didnt quite get a feel for it, to be honest. The review on Gamespot says its pretty decent, but it lacks being original, in other words, nothing innovative in the gaming industry, stuff we have seen in Mario,Sonic, ect, but they also praise a few things the game has, like the many weapons, which is not biased, just looking at it from a non fanboy point of view, thats all, take it easy fella.</p>

No I really never cared about the scores GameSpot gives games, but it just pisses me off the way GameSpot takes a dump on Sony all the time.</p>

Eh, I've never been a huge fan of Gamespot myself, but I wouldn't call them biased. They're just much harsher in terms of their ratings is all. Take example, Bioshock. The highest rated 360 game ever (at this point) and one of the highest rated games of all time, got only a 9.0. They're one of the few people that gave the game a sub-9.5. And quite frankly, I'd give the game at least a 9.7 or so for a rating, cause honestly, it is amazing. Plus, personally, I've always been a much bigger fan of IGN anyways. I go to them for pretty much any game info I'm in need of. But again, I wouldn't say Gamespot "sucks" or hates Sony.</p>

But in all honesty here, if you look R&C up on Gamestats.com (which is an amazing site for those who don't use it), it's not the only one who didn't give it at least at 9.0, cause Gamespy only gave it 4/5. And also, how can you have an opinion on a game that you've yet to play? Just cause you've played the others and enjoyed them, doesn't mean this one is good. Point in case: the NBA Live series. I used to enjoy it, but it's now crap. So, simply because some are good, doesn't mean all are good. It may seem logical to think that, but it doesn't always happen that way.</p>

Yeah I guess I know where your going with this, but everyone said its an amazing game, and I think GameSpot should of gave it at least more than a 7.5 I mean take a look at Pacman for 360 it got a 7.9 I personally think R&C should have gotten a 9.3</p>

And I won't be a bit suprised if GameSpot gives Metal Gear Solid 4 around 8.0........Just from watching the demos I think that game is a 9.8.</p>

Watching is completely different than playing though. By watching, you get no sense of how the game controls. You get no sense of the difficulty of the game. No sense of the story, none of that. And if you look at the GS review, the two big things they knocked were that the game is easy as hell and that the story is piss poor.</p>
