Seems Portland's Pearl is a special place for special people so powerful they made Mayor Adams do a 180. So special the First Amendment doesn't apply here unless you live here. So special that public parks aren't really public parks.

I say put some gates up and let Portland charge them what an HOA would for those perks.

they are a public nuisance. aside from the smell, they are loud. people are trying to sleep.

When the Average Schmoe has his/her trip home from work on the Max delayed by these Occupy kooks, it's acceptable and even commendab le. When the rich folk who also support Democrats get their art district/condo life inconvenienced a bit, then it's time for arrests.

Say what you will, but the city of Portland just did prove that there are different rules for different people, so the Occupiers did actually finally send a clear message to the rest of us. They should have probably started in the Pearl at the beginning, though, because now they're basically just a sideshow.
