He should probably save that for Trump rallies.
This guy is rubbish. I think that could be a statement that could bring all of S2 together. Does anyone really disagree with that sentiment?

Hahahahaha! He is a hero to many on here.

George Zimmerman seems like he sits on 4chan all day.

George Zimmerman is an ass zit.

Considering he will always be the guy who shot the kid he probably has nothing else to talk about. I'm guessing he's batshit crazy by now. If he wasn't already.

I figure I'd change my name and my appearance as much as possible and try to be on the down low but that's just me.

Yeah he thinks he's famous

This whole story is bullshit anyway. George is obviously some kind of hispanic. If his last name were Rodriguez this would be a non story, if he were black it wouldn't have been a national story.

Ahem.... Was he found innocent or guilty?

Regardless of the Trayvon thing, his other brushes with the law make him come across as a douchebag; but there are always two sides to a story so who knows...

Really? You don't think Martin going to "whoop ass" had any bearing on getting his carcass perforated?

I hate it when I see people agreeing with what is the right thing to say.
I don't know a hell of a lot about Zimmerman, except what the news reported, a rather small man of Hispanic origin, Peruvian as I recall.
Probably should not have been on Neighborhood watch patrol, poorly trained and small in stature which invited Martin to go to Whoop Ass.
Big man, Little man is why God invented the 38. Martin's dad should have told him about this possibility.

He definitely was not "found innocent."

I don't feel like reading the whole thing. Never really cared about him anyway. The whole idea of getting all aggravated about something I didn't witness seems a waste.

fuck man, that was the thread that ultimately made me leave this forum

Welcome back sir. I always appreciated your perspective and was happy to see you back on the boards.

What was the verdict then?

I believe it was "not guilty." I was playing gotcha, I think google could explain better than me if you want to know the difference.

Why the fuck are Mexicans "inflammed" by the suggestion of building a wall to keep out illegal immigrants? Perhaps they are pro-illegal immigration, but they can't bear the idea that others may not be? They can go fuck themselves. Shove their protest signs up their asses.

People always argue this. I don't get it.

1. In this country you are INNOCENT until proven guilty.
2. The man was acquited.

What is there to argue?

He may be a douche nozzle, but yes I agree. There is nothing to argue w/that. He was proven innocent.

Nah.. No need. I don't play google law :)

So was OJ . . . Not Guilty in the legal, provable sense and innocence aren't the same thing.

Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty, yes or no?
The courts are not the court of public opinion. Sure, it's a good rule of thumb to reserve judgement until all of the facts have been presented, but just because 12 people can't convict somebody, doesn't mean that everyone outside of the courtroom can or should set aside their own interpretation of the facts or cede judgement about somebody's character. Case in point: should everyone have just "moved on" and pretended OJ was innocent because two prosecutors, a police department and 12 numbnuts couldn't get a conviction? He was/is almost certainly guilty as a motherfucker and the outcome of the trial doesn't change that.

In Zimmerman's case it wasn't too difficult to suss out that he provoked an incident with Travon Martin. In that incident Martin and he struggled and whatever the reasons, he killed an unarmed kid. Maybe it wasn't murder? maybe it was justified? But most of the things we keep hearing about George Zimmerman since the outcome of that trial seem to point to somebody who is probably a bad actor.
