I'm sorry but people are delusional... We can only hope and dream that Batum becomes a player LIKE Gerald Wallace. He is a triple-double threat every night and the only reason he has some injury issues is he plays harder than EVERYONE else EVERY night. Yes, I'd hate to lose Nic, but Wallace is far better than Nic is. Wallace is a borderline all-star. I'm sure there were trade rumors about Martell and Travis early in their careers and people were afraid to get rid of them because of their "potential" now no one cares. Trade up when you can.

Batum's first 3 years vs. Wallace's first 3 years seem to disagree with you. Massively.

Oden for Gerald Wallace
Joel for Jason Collins
Rudy for Jamal Crawford
Miller for DJ Augustin

Would Oden/Rudy be enough for Charlotte to give up Wallace/Augustin? Probably not, but it's a thought.

I dunno about that one. He has his moments, but I've yet to see the guy double-teamed even once this season. I think he'd be a very good 3rd-4th scorer on a title-contending team off of the bench, though.

If he didn't get off to a slow start this season playing behind Roy he'd be at 19 ppg right now, and keep in mind he's only in his second year. And I doubt teams will double both him and LA, pick your poison right?

I can guaruntee that Oden/Batum will not be involved in this deal. Think about it guys. Cho is thinking more long-term, why trade some of our young pieces? Oden will have more value next year being on his QO and hopefully staying somewhat healthy.

SJax just went down, and CHA I'm pretty sure is looking to get out of SJax and Crash's contracts.

I can tell you know if we deal with them, it'll be something with Joel/Andre/NO's pick and maybe a young gun.
