I just got word that Bill has been admitted to the hospital due to health issues. He was scheduled to be at a book signing today at a grocery store i was going to try to go to.
I certainly hope it is nothing serious, he recovers quickly and is back up and running about in no time.
Get well Mr Bill Schonely.

Mr. Schonley was at Moda a couple weeks ago, doing a book signing.
Seeing him was quite shocking.
He looked very frail, was wheelchair bound, and his hands were trembling constantly.
As he left the building, he still managed a 'thumbs up RipCity' which felt like it took everything he had to give.
I honestly felt like I may have witnessed the final one.
God Bless Him.

A friend of mine worked for a while as an usher at Rose Garden. She said both Schonz and his wife Dottie are the kind of people who treat everyone from the GM to the custodian with equal courtesy.
