again the few innings of yankee baseball i watch, open minded knowledgeable baseball people of sound mind would know what i'm talking about!

an inning after 2 yankee players run into outs, tex running with his head down to third while mcann was there not lookin at the 3rd base coach at all which you are taught in LL, then #14 taking off to third when a rocket is hit right back at pitcher with less then 2 outs gets thrown out by a mile, taking himself out of scoring position once again, a team that can't score runs.. game after game!!

then, as i remind you, just an inning later the convo comes up again about the shift, and they elaborate by saying the PLAYERS told girardi they don't feel comfortable!!! r u kidding me??? if you played the game at any level you know practiced that all the time, its called moving the runner over, hitting the other way!!!


the players told you they don't like it joe REALLY? so again i ask why does he gets 5 mill, to pacify?

Goals are generally part of an active plan to achieve something. Desires or wishes are typically uses for the passive.
I don't see more than 30-40% of teams with an active plan in ST. Those numbers hold at ASB but the teams change. Sox for example...

Only semantics if the terms are interchangeable. But I defined my qualifier in terms of active/passive use. You may choose not to see that distinction, thus your semantics statement, however I do believe that the difference is significant. Just FYI, I will be consistent in my usuge of goal (active) and wish/desire (passive) in reference to sports hereafter.

Sorry...been reading contracts today...lol!
