do you get the sense that there's any (even healthy) frustration among the younger guys with the rotation policy, or has the rationale (if there is one) been sufficiently explained?  As fans we see that Kaman is starting, even though the stats say he plays better off the bench.  Crabbe followed up strong games with a couple weeks of DNPs.  Leonard didn't get much run until Joel went down, and is playing really well.  CJ went from 15mpg to out to 13 mg to a great 26mpg against HOU to 6mpg...etc.  Do you get the feel that the rationale been explained?
