this happens all the time, in murder cases even. people have been executed off of "eyewitness" testimony. https://www.innocenceproject.org/causes/eyewitness-misidentification/

if you are advocating for criminals rights, mandatory dna appeals, and a more rigorous and fair justice system, i can probably get behind that. if you are saying "some people lie, so we should believe nobody", you kind of lose me.

Frankly, I would advocate for much much harsher sentences for people who lie. If someone can be put away for 15-30 years for rape, then I think that someone who falsely accuses should be put away for a similar timeframe. I read about one woman recently who falsely accused a guy who spent 5 years in prison. She got something like 30 days in jail, 3 years probation, and 90k in damages.

How is that a fair punishment for someone that cost that guy 5 years of his life?

If you were ever a woman who was raped you would know. Women who get raped or afraid to become forward because of the victim shaming that happens afterwards. We live in a country where a affluent white male can get 3 months for raping a woman while a woman who shouts down Jeff sessions gets a year in jail.

Brock Turner was never charged with rape because there was no physical evidence of rape.
 
We have people in this country who Parts rape. They're all Republicans! Even speaker Paul Ryan called rape a "method of conception". Paul Ryan called the rape and incest clause something that someone is pro-abortion (whoever the fuck that is... that person doesn't fucking exist...) could "drive a Mac Truck through.

Even our politician to give a fuck less how about people who get raped... With that fucking judge give that punk ass white boy three months for forcing himself upon an incapacitated woman behind the dumpster???

Well guess what.... I'm a man. You don't get to play the "you don't know because...." card this time. I'm part of this society. I'm part of this so called culture. Don't you think I would be privy to this vast societal conspiracy to keep women from coming forward about rape? Don't you think I would, at some point, have felt like I was free and clear to rape someone in this "rape culture" society? I have never at any point in my life heard someone condone rape, suppress a rape, hide a rape, or encourage rape. I must have missed those days at school where we were told it was okay to assault, abuse, or force ourselves on women.

Ive never heard anyone ask that question. My own child was aborted and it made me sad and i still dont give enough fucks about tbe topic to ask retarded questions or get worked up over what comes out of a vagina i dont know.

Many gangs encourage rape to make points. Dad owes you money? Rape his daughter, then he wont rip you off next time. Thats about the only "rape culture" i can think of. But you cant arrest gang members without being a racist cop so just have to let that shit slide in the name of civil rights.
