Most use photo-editing programs like Adobe Photoshop. Paint has also been known to be used, but Photoshop is most popular.

Hey man I don't think its the pixel size that is wrong with my av. If its not saved as a gif. file maybe thats it because even the edited avatar is not working.

Hey Locke take your time with this one I'm in no rush....

Just a pic of Reggie Miller taking a shot and for a statement...just make it say anything that has to do with his sweet shot....take your time like I said I'm in no rush...just message me when your done or something and when you message me can you include directions as to how i can include it as a sig and still put "Props to Locke for the Sig" under it?

See if that works, I'm having to sacrifice a lot of the quality of the pic here. JPEGs should work.
