9 years and the same offense. It's not about last year.

Sorry, but I'm with PapaG on this one. Nate does the best he can with the talent he is given to work with. This whole Nate-hate thing is overblown.

Given the players he had, there were maybe 3 coaches (Jackson, Pops, and Adelman) who could have done better (in terms of putting together an effective offense).
