I don't complain much, because I realize nothing I write here will impact the success of the team one damn bit. Neil Olshey didn't go out and get Jusuf Nurkic because I said we needed more interior scoring and better defense. The team isn't going to start losing games because I want a higher draft pick. Regardless where they draft, they are aren't going to consider my input when making their selections (if they did Pritchard would have drafted Paul Millsap at 30 or 31 back in 2006 - I REALLY made a strong case for Millsap, but nobody listened).
In the end, I am just along for the ride and I learned a long time ago not to get too upset over things I can't possibly control. So, I'm happy when they win and take it in stride when they don't. As passionate as I am about the Blazers, I realize there are more important things in life.
