<{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>u still making this about Carter. LOL LOL LOL. Look I know you VC fans are dedicated and I know your hero has had more shots thrown at him than the prob any basketball player not name Kobe but my comment was not about Carter on the decline it was about the state of his contract and why he was signed.
I didn't say rapid decline or bring up Magic but I see his words are still burning Ether in someone's soul. Well you know what Nasir Jones says how ether burns.
Anyone who knows my post knows I never attack VC in fact I was the FIRST PERSON to say KIDD would do what he's doing now. I remember how people were attacking me saying it would never happen and now look at it. Anyway my point is I never attack VC personally or blame him. I always blame the leader. Kidd. I blamed Kidd since he said he didn't give a shit after the 2005 playoff I knew where his head was at.
I knew Kidd was not loyal after the story RJ told on the Stephen A Smith show.
So call me a VC hater cause I don't believe that VC contract was a good idea but remember this. The Nets are open to trading a player they just signed last summer.
You think they still feel that contract was good idea. Yea I thought so. Have a Nice Day. don't be soo emotional. I said the contract was stupid and blamed the Nets mind frame not Carter.</div>
This is your original comment:
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>why????
His team is not expecting to compete. Management wanted to sign VC to that stupid contract. The Nets players are okay with how things are going as long as they are getting paid what they want</div>
Oh, right. That's not singling and taking a shot at Carter at all. Carter hasn't helped the Nets win and compete, they're just paying him for a couple of highlight plays here and there and put his face on a billboard.
Please...
Hilarious how you make these clear statements and then say how you weren't talking about that to begin with.
Whatever...
</div>
Where did I say VC hasn't helped the nets compete and win. I said Thorn team is not expecting to compete. Then I blamed management saying they wanted to sign VC to that stupid contract.
Still haven't see where I attack VC. Then I said The Nets players are okay with how things are going as long as they get paid. Which was a shot at Kidd who went Drama Queen when his extension was turn down.
So ummmmm where was I attacking VC or saying he doesn't compete or win games. Yea nice try. Don't worry I'm not nailing your Messiah to the cross
</div>
LOL, are you serious? Follow your logic here. You said Thorn doesn't expect the Nets to compete. He resigned Carter to a "stupid" contract. Thorn doesn't expect the Nets to compete. He signed Carter to a "stupid" contract. Geez, what possibly could you be saying here. Once again:
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>VC contract is flawed because it was done not because they felt VC gave them the best chance to compete but because they felt he was more marketable.</div>
How you want to spin it this time?
</div>
ummm management. Who I mention in my first response and who I blamed along with Kidd. It's okay I know your emotional right now and not familiar with my posts but I'm one of the few guys who don't attack your Messiah.
Now I didn't say VC doesn't compete or win games but does signing VC help the Nets compete for a ring? Does signing VC help the Nets become one of the elite teams in the East? Does signing VC help the Nets finally get out the second round.
In articles it's been reported that Thorn didn't want to do the deal but Management did.
Now someone in the front office must agree because they are open to trading a player who they signed a couple months ago. My only beef with the contract is the length. Now am I blaming VC for signing? Hell no who is going to turn down money. I blame management for signing a player to a deal and after a couple months are ready to trade him?!?!?!
What the F? What did you sign him for?
Same thing with the Suns your trade K Thomas to save money but you trade for Shaq????
See your looking at this close minded because all you see is someone attacking your hero, messiah, the reason you draw breath.
I know this is bigger than Carter. I never blame soldiers for how a battle ends. I blame the Generals who lead the soldiers. Why my post usually single out kidd and management.
