Like Jimmy Carter, he seems to be a better ex-president than president.

Carter was the only U.S. President who used his conscience, but due to my memory, I can only vouch for the last hundred years.

Shame on W for going to Africa and raising money to help pay for cancer screening for the poor africans there. Or for the time he spent upgrading medical facilities and clinics over there.
