I heard those exact words on CNN this morning. David Axelrod, I think.
West borough baptist?
Yes. I stole them. Damn you Denny!!!
mags has been doing that a lot...get out of personal attack trouble free card..like Shaq getting to the free throw line after a chargeThat was a personal attack. Not sure why you needed to say that. Bottom line: when the swimsuit competition is over, Trump is gonna have to participate and win in the talent portion of the event. This is where he will fail.
Executive orders are only possible if congress passes some law that allows related orders.
The Declaration of Independence is not binding to any of our laws.
I prefer to not use someone else's talking points, and think about the issues for myself.
This is true the DofI is not a legislative document. It does however give the reason why we have the constitution in the first place. I make this case when we speak of equal rights. If all citizens right to pursue happiness is inalienable, then gay people have the right to be just as unhappy as I was in my previous marriage.![]()
It does no such thing.
a. It is a list of grievances against the King and reason for "divorce." A declaration of war (independence!).
It is not a reason why we have the constitution. We tried an articles of confederation first.
b. It does give a glimpse into the philosophy of the founders, though. c. No mention of health care or retirement programs or income tax, or many of the things you seem to want.
deez nuts had 9% in NCThe scariest thing about the election so far is Huckabee has 5% support. What morons would support him? He's godawful.
Cruz was there as well. The way he used the Kim Davis situation as a platform to get more publicity is some smarmy politician bullshit that he should be ashamed of... but hey...
a. I know that.
b. This is what I'm trying to assert. Every citizen should have those inalienable rights.
c. Promoting the general Welfare?
General welfare doesn't mean Welfare (state).
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_welfare_clause#United_States
The U.S. Supreme Court has held the mention of the clause in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution "has never been regarded as the source of any substantive power conferred on the Government of the United States or on any of its Departments."[3][4]
Moreover, the Supreme Court held the understanding of the General Welfare Clause contained in the Taxing and Spending Clause adheres to the construction given it by Associate Justice Joseph Story in his 1833 Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States.[5][6] Justice Story concluded that the General Welfare Clause is not a grant of general legislative power,[5][7] but a qualification on the taxing power[5][8][9] which includes within it a federal power to spend federal revenues on matters of general interest to the federal government.[5][10][11]

Bullshit. Stop telling me I can't use Politifact when you used Right Washed wikipedia... GTFO.
And even though Wikipedia is Right Washed, this still means you can be taxed to pay to slow healthcare inflation.
Denny don't act like you don't know that Congress required merchant ship owners to purchase medicines or provide health care for their workers. I know you don't like politifact but...

So they polled a quarter of a block? That's like 2 houses or 4 trailersDang trump now with a +9 on woman voters, 25% block vote, 35% Hispanic vote. I thought all these groups hated the guy?!
