Stop! I’m with you on supporting minority owned businesses, especially here in the old neighborhood...... but as long as it’s not some big chain I all for giving small businesses a chance. Great example is our good friends who own Por Que No. They set up shop on Mississippi before the gentrification set in and they have thrived. Proud of them, good hard working people from our neighborhood, just happened to be crackas. This new place by me is owned by some hipsters, but that won’t stop me from getting a bomb taco.Is it owned by Latinos? If not...
Yea, the menu looks a bit boujee for me, but the wife will dig it. I love the food truck type authentic style myself.I only eat tacos from a truck or on the streetz.
Have fun eating your hamachi uni tacos bro

Bro, are you telling me you don’t go to La Sirenita up on Alberta and 28th or so??????/ They were like one of the first businesses to move in there. Authentic, Mexican owned.....BOMB ASS FOOD! Also you have to try Santa Domingo on 42nd and Killingsworth, amazing food!It has very little to do with Gentrification (even though I don't spend a dime on Alberta) I just don't eat tacos unless the real Latinos are making them. I don't eat Taco Del mar...
