Forgot to mention making vanilla ice cream

I skin them

Boil them

Mash them

Mix in cream and butter

Blend them

Add salt and pepper

Add Vermont cheddar cheese

Blend again

So I guess technically it's once mashed, twice blended potatoes, but I call them thrice mashed

Wife did basically the same thing.
Its all about that cream cheese and butter. No gravy needed!
