Blend them

Add salt and pepper

Add Vermont cheddar cheese

Blend again

So I guess technically it's once mashed, twice blended potatoes, but I call them thrice mashed

Wife did basically the same thing.
Its all about that cream cheese and butter. No gravy needed!

Best are the flying fish eggs....tobiko.....ebiko are also great...shrimp eggs....any fish roe is awesome....salmon eggs will creep out non seafood folks as they are the fishiest of the caviars
