Taylor. Its basicly about a black girl growing up in the early 1900s and the struggles of racism etc etc. First book is: Roll Of The Thunder, Hear My CryThe second book is: Let The Circle Be UnbrokenThe third book is: The Road to Memphis. The 2nd book is my favorite...very realistic and its the type of book you set it down after finishing it, and you know you just read a great book. Btw, the girl and her family grows up significantly throughout the 3 books. She started out around 10 in the first book, and shes like 19 in The Road To Memphis.</div>Best book is autobiography of Malcolm x. ive read that at least 20x when I was locked up. That book means something, yeah harry potter are decent books, but they dont mean anything. that was my point, sometimes books can be good.

Never read the Malcom X book...but quite a few philosophy books and that type of thing.

Yeah I know you're on a forum, blah blah blah.

Someone in England has already finished the book and has set out to spoil it for everyone on the internet...so for the next 2-3 days I will not be seen much around here because if the ending is spoiled I will kill somebody.

I got the book earlier tonight and 83 pages in, this book is amazing.

All I wanna know is does Harry Potter die? Nah, actually I don't care, I stopped reading midway through the third book.

Just read the last chapter.... then take the book back to the store you got it.

There's absolutely no appeal to me, but apparently there is with some people my age. :dunno:

I got it with CABANGABANG yesterday or last night at midnight. I have not red it yet though. I'm waiting until I go to Florida

I find it somewhat enjoyable, though a little bit too caricatured.

I got the book today along with my school's summer reading so I think I'm going to start tonight on reading it and F*ck the summer reading and just goto spark notes or something =]

these doucebaggs next door to me had a harry potter party the other day.

So anyway, now to tell my short tale. I went to Borders at around 10:30 to check out the crowd and wait till midnight. Oh man....there were tonsa nerds there. And you know the sad part? I felt like I fit in.
laugh.gif
But yeah...these were nerdy people that couldn't spell, I woulda whipped them all in that spelling bee. They missed such easy words. All throughout the night I was careful, watching out for people who would spoil it for me, but they didn't come. =D> But then I had to wait in line for an hour and a half for the book. It sucked...I was so tired...then I went home and read till 3:30. Yay!
