Have you ever gotten in a fight?
If yes, then tell, how and why? and also tell what happened during the fight. Dont be scared to tell if you got whooped

j/k. I love hearing fight stories.

Umair, you planning on getting into a fight with Chutney, Junoon and the gang? haha.

I punched a kid once in the face, he fell down. Wasn't much of a fight.

Never been in a proper full on fight.

The first rule of a fight, is to avoid them at all costs, unless you really have to defend yourself. Thats the philosphy I follow. I also dont want to go to jail for manslaughter or fork out money to have my teeth/face fixed because of some stupid little thing.

I've been in a couple drunken scuffles but never a real fight.

I work in a library as a network specialist and i got a call to go help this guy on a computer. Its not really my job to help patrons but i went anyway. When i got there he was irate and extremely rude. His computer was completely frozen and once the computer is frozen there really is no way to get it back other than rebooting it. I told him i would have to reboot it and he went CRAZY! He started yelling racist remarks (cant say them on here lol) and telling me i did it on purpose and he had met this girl on myspace that wanted to get with him. I tried calming him down but he wasnt having it. Security was notified and was 5 minutes away, the guy kept calling me racist terms and i told him if i couldnt help him then i should leave. I slowly started walking backwards wawy from him and he yelled get back here you %#^*#& mexican piece of %#$#& and he ran at me with one at going to my throat and the other hand he reached into his pocket, I took a side step and ppunched him as hard as i could in his temple, knocking him out. When security got there, they emptied his pockets and he has a switchblade knife that i think was about 7 or 8 inches. Scared the hell out of me but it was either him or me

Aside from the stupid little beatdowns that occur throughout high school, there are only 2 recent fights that I remember. One was when my brother was in Grade 9 and some Grade 11 kid thought he could look cool and started to pick on him. I had to go to his school and knock some sense into him. And the other was just last month, when my friend's store got robbed and we had track down the dudes that did it.

I remember these cats called me a coon 2 years back and i just lost it. All cause I got a rich athlete cousin, I get called a coon
nay.gif
. I whooped their ass good, got suspended 2 days though.

I also remember this white dude was freely dropping the n-bomb on me and my friend, ended up calling my friend a corn-fed house ni...... well you know.

Damn, a lot of cats in atlanta are just racist.

i remember back when i was 13-14...i used to get into a fight with this one guy each time i saw him. we fought 8-10 times within a year. i beat his ass 9 out of 10 times. he got one good shot on me, and gave me a black eye. other than that...id whoop his ass all day. i dunno what happened though, we just stopped fighting. anyway...that was 10 years ago. most people, if you show them up and let them know that you're really ready to fight...they won't do nothing. it's just all talk.

anyway...don't fight. there are other ways to resolve issues.

Best quote on the Off-Topic forum so far.

All of the fights I've ever been in were in defense of myself or defending someone else because they were my friends. Most of which were never proper fights as they just ended up being one or two punch knock downs to scare away or knock out. Usually I prefer to solve differences with talking and understanding, but there are so many idiots out there that believe their tough guys.

The only proper fight I was in was when this guy was holding a female friend of mine up by her hair in High School. You can understand then why it pissed me off. I punched him in the back of his head and continued to smash him into a wall and when he finally fell to the floor I kept punching him until two PE teachers pulled me off. I'll spare the details of what he looked like when I was finished, but the school suspended me for 20 days - 7 out of school, 13 in school.

Did you get some poon after that?

What????

Sorry man, I was under the impression this went down in a HS building. In that case, I would've done the exact same thing. Props to you man. Sorry about that.

No problem man, I know you were just jokin' around. This actually took place outside of the school building near one of the back entrances to the student parking lot. The guy was going to drag her to his car I suppose. He went to juvenile hall until he was 18 and then to jail for a year after.

Never been in any real fights. Just little scuffles. I've witnessed quite a few good fights in my 3 years in high school. Actually, when I was a freshman, on the 4th day of school there was a big fight. Two seniors fighting and one got body slammed on the table. The dudes were light-skinned so their cuts/bruises were real obvious.

In High School there was a fight every day to be witnessed, both in the classroom and in the playground. I never really got into a fight. Nobody pissed me off enough to fight. I had no time to fight as I either played soccer or basketball in our lunch breaks. So far I've never been called out to fight either, despite the fact that alot of my friends were in fights.

Actually I remember a couple of months before high school finished for me, there was a group of around twenty people in the grade below us running around the school as if they ran it(probably because in a couple of months when we left they would be the oldest in the school). One of them attacked somebody in my year(grade) and around twenty to thirty of us decided to show them that they don't run things. Around twenty of us lined up on one side, and twenty of them on the other. There was about to be a brawl but a crowd started to gather and the teachers came running out to see what was going on. We left it as that but for the remaining two months, they didn't do anything to the rest of the school(i.e stealing footballs/basketballs/money from the younger kids).

Now I think about it, that thing would have been nasty because we had some kids who didn't give a sh*t and weapons such as knives could have been pulled out. If that mass fight would have gone down, the next two months would have been crazy with retalliation attacks etc..

I haven't gotten into any full out fights, just a couple of scuffles here and there (like 3 times that were real, not counting all my kid fights for play). I have never been on the recieving end of a punch either. I just remember knocking some guy in the back of the head when I was in the 7th grade cause he was pissing me off and saying uncessary things...it takes a lot to get me mad, but once I get mad I will snap. I also remember the same dude crying in my face after I punched him and he was going ballistic and inadvertently spraying my face with spit while talking
laugh.gif
. Funny when I look back on it.

I'm more of the guy that everyone is chilled back with...basically I'm quite mellow. I don't really care for the beef sh*t...most of it is just tough talk that goes absolutely nowhere.

I think as my year (grade)'s students have gotten older, 90% of them have matured on to bigger and better things. However, in Grade 9...EVERYONE was into the beef things; girls, guys, you name it. And it would be over the littlest shi*t. I guess it's just the fact that it was high school and there were so many new people to get used to, etc.

Worst Fight You've SEEN...

Or heard about, in regards to school fights.

in ATL, cats from New Orleans (the evacuees) are getting blasted and killed for starting things with people from Georgia. I remember seeing a guy get shot after the two were talking about who was tougher.

Worst fight as in like two girly-ass guys ***** slapping each other or worst fight as in two guys kicking the utter tar out of each other?

I got in 2 fights. They weren't really that big though, maybe like scuffles. Some guy kicked my sister for no reason and I whooped his ass so bad he was bleeding. My seocnd fight was a month ago with my 3rd cousin. He pissed me off too much. All he did was talk sh*t so I had to knock some snse into him. I haven't lost a fight yet.

Havn't fought in any fights. I've stopped one though. I was playing ball with a bunch of people during lunch in 8th grade (grade 9 now), and my black friend fouled this other guy, and the guy slapped him and called him a racist term (I'm sure you all know which one) because he was mad I guess. My friend punched the guy in the neck, the guy fell down and he kept smashing his head against the concrete and he punched him in the face hardcore a few times, me and my other friends had to hold him back. The guy ended up with a fractured skull, and my friend had a broken hand because he missed one of the punches and it hit the ground so hard his knuckle bone or whatever popped up.

Nothing big, but a year ago, since I was new to the school, this kid decided since I was Chinese he would push me around. Everyday in class he would be like, let me copy your homework. I was cool with it at first, because I didn't really think much of it. Then he started cracking jokes about me every class period, and started to really piss me off. So one day at lunch I saw him in the lunch lines, and he was like, hey, gimme a quarter. I told him I needed the money to get lunch, and he said "don't be like that. I thought we were friends." At that point I started to get really pissed off, and I let him know after school that if he doesn't shut up, I would make him. No punches were thrown or anything, but I just shoved him once or twice, and now we're cool. lol (We're friends now. We are in the same break dance crew)

Thanks. I mean I'm quite capable of defending myself, I workout and I have a punching bag I use alot, but I'm not one to just go around smashing people or starting things for no reason. Like some of the fights i've seen have been over the most stupid things, and the people involved end up with broken noses, hands, police records etc. It's not worth it. And especially today when a large portion of teenagers carry around knives and other such instruments. I had an encounter once where I almost got stabbed by this guy and I didnt even say or do anything to him.

Also props to you for protecting your friend like that, doesnt sound very fair that you got suspended though.

Pretty much the same way in real life. I got into a couple scuffles here and there when I was younger..but nothin big. I came close to literally snapping on people a couple of times as I got older..but people held me back. People do fight over some stupid stuff though.

I pretty much not the type that'll get into fights unless I gotta defend myself or protect others that are close to me.

What I don't get though is how some people will try to bait you into wanting to fight..I hate that.

You and I are a lot alike in that sense as I too work out a lot and try to stay in good shape. I'm fit enough to play pro Rugby Union, but for my size even back in High School I wouldn't go about picking fights with people. What the hell for? As you've mentioned, the majority of fighting is over the dumbest reasons imaginable. For instance many people that threaten you or something and they will get in your face. Why hit them? All of them back off, at least all of which I've ever dealt with have because they're actually scared and try to position themselves with authority. You can show your own authority by simply doing nothing, unless you have to defend yourself that is. However, that's entirely different.

In some instances even stabbing each other with knives over some kind of small thing that could've been resolved with a conversation it sad. You just stop to think about it sometimes and say to yourself, "I can't imagine for what reason life should be thrown to waste for such pitiful BS." Sadly though this world is full of weirdoes like that, I had to deal with that even when I was a little kid. If you want to discuss some things I have some more stuff you'd probably find interesting, but I'd prefer not to discuss them on the forum.

As for that suspension; the school had to do it. I thought it wasn't fair myself at first, but when I think back to it now and how he looked like afterward I consider myself lucky not to have been expelled. But that damn bastard deserved it. I consider myself to be a pretty laid back person with a good temper control, but there are three things that piss me off more than anything else - Someone that would: hurt women; hurt children; hurt animals.

lol when i was younger i got in so many fights for over the smallest things too haha i remeber one perfectly, this one kid just started saying **** for no reason so we started fighting so he caught me in the face like 5 times and everyones trying to brake it up im like leave it so they everyones like fine ur just gunna get ucked up even more so the kid comes at me catch him right in his chest then upper cut him then he fell i like got on top and hit him like 10 times b4 with he was on the ground until one kid finally stopped it, but yea ive give a few whippens and taken a few lol

Haven't gotten in any fights though I can remember at least twice I've gone after someone but they either ran off or walked away. Never had anyone come after me since I'm pretty chill and don't do stupid sh*t. I've seen plenty of fights though and to be honest I think they settle whatever issue the two people were arguing about more than if they would have "talked it out" and both been unhappy with the outcome. Unless it's gang related then it's a never ending series of violence that doesnt solve anything.

Same thing happened rather often in my middle school. Usually I'd be a cronie of one of the people in the fight and we'd be walking to another side of the school and soon enough all the dumbass younger kids would come following us then the teachers all followed and nothing could ever happen during school on that large of a scale.

One story I can think of was in freshman year my friend (who is a beast fighter and has fake teeth and everything) got into it with a sophmore kid and they were going to fight after school. After school my friend was looking for him with me and some others with him. Eventually we found him at the busstop and he was sitting on his bike and my friend walks up and says "I thought you were going to kick my ass after school." and the kid stands up and says "I am!" and my friend just lays one right on his eye and he falls about 4 feet away from the bike and my friend proceeds to keep beating his ass while he's on the ground. Well not long after this senior, who was friends with the kid who just got his ass kicked, gets in my friends face but they don't fight though my friend would have definitely whooped his ass as well. Funny thing is like a week later my friend and the guy whose ass he beat were friends but I've always felt akward when I'm with them at the same time.

The best fights are the girl fights though. First one I ever saw a titty flew out and the 2 girls jut beat the hell out of each other for like 5 minutes. Needless to say it was very entertaining and the girls always talk way more trash during the fight and it's always over something really stupid.
