If players really did have to earn their playing time, Vince would have been benched 85% of this season. Boki and Wright would be out of the rotation every other week, Malik would have been cut a long time ago and Collins would be a DNP every game.</p>

But no, this "earning of playing time" applies only to the one guy on the team who can actually help. Or, at the very least, make these suicide inducing games fun to watch.</p>

Sean Williams needs to average 3 points a game for 6 years, post a 39% shooting percentage and about 3 rebounds a game. Then, and only then, will he replace Collins. Right now, Sean Willy is blocking too many shots and rebounding at too high a rate for Frank's taste. A big man on the Nets needs to know his role, which is just stand there and don't move and watch the other 3 guys play.

only lawrence frank can make bad decisions and still coach and only frank can be head coach at such a young age...players will be benched for making one mistake and rookies can't play that much no matter how much they contribute.</p>

No, I'm reaching a conclusion based upon the information we have. Remember, it took months before the dirt on McInnis was spilled by Dave D as the Nets wouldn't say a bad word about him to the media.</p>

Some choose to conclude that Frank is an idiot and that Sean has done nothing wrong. That conclusion has less likelihood of being correct than the people that kept claiming the Nuggets were going to buyout Kenyon's contract the last two summers.</p>

You make a good point. At the same time though, speaking of information we have, when it comes to the matter of rookies and rotations... Frank IS an idiot.</p>

This one can really go either way.</p>
