Chalmers (6'1") just took a rebound from in between LMA and Hickson. I guess we *do* need more size, LMA.

I get what you're getting at, but fundamentals.
 
Miami is playing with a sense of urgency, and we're kinda just lazying around. Batum is just about the only one playing with any type of energy.
 
La and hickson keep missing from close. There getting good shots just cant finish them.

thats a very very common theme with Blazer basketball.
 
This one of those games we need lillard to jusy say "fuck it" and try to take over.

This game is so freakin' winnable right now, we just need to stop making boneheaded turnovers and bricking wide open shots. Matthews and LA need to step up.
 
We always need at least 1 "what in the name of everything thats holy were you thinking" play from hickson a game.

The Blazers have not faced many teams that play pressure D and do a good job at doubling Lillard out top, but when they do......they really struggle.
 
Honestly, we'd be in this if Hickson and Aldridge would shoot merely a respectable percentage on the short ones they keep missing. It's not like they were forcing 20 foot fadeaways at the buzzer due to awesome defense.
 
Don't worry guys. Portland is just giving us some drama. A couple adjustments and we win

This is why I wish Stotts would run a mix of ISO and team ball. Having just one or the other is too predictable, but mixing them makes you much harder to defend.
 
Well at least the Ducks won. I was hoping for at least 1 of 2 tonight.

Bosh dominating by making easy layups, while Aldridge misses wide open layups. He is so soft, so soft. The TNT color commentator opened the game by saying at least twice that he thinks Aldridge is the best PF in the game.

He stopped saying that.

But he's also stood there flat on his feet and watch player shorter than him grab several rebounds. Or stood there and watched as guys put the ball in the hoop uncontested not 4 feet away from him.
 
Why does everyone on TnT think Batum is undersized. Kenny called him undersized kerr said he was 6 7'.
