I work for production companies in nh and mass we do all the shows At the arenas here. Last night was comics come home. Today lippizaner stalions.

I just watched clerks 2 so the horse fucking motif came to mind. Didn't mean to offend you.

They need critical help on the offensive line, a safety and a pass-rusher. Hard to get all of that in one off-season, but they will have cap space and two first-round picks (theirs and Carolina's).

They're not a good team, but they aren't too far off.

I agree. They're close, but not quite there. It's not like they're getting blown out (other than the Atl game). They can't close, otherwise they'd have a much different record.

Funny you say that, cuz it was the first thing that came to mind. Kelly and the stud. Just love everyone's reaction when they realized who Kelly was and who the stud was.

Staley hurts. I'd like a new QB, though I actually like Alex Smith a lot. He's still very young (what 24-25??? And he wants to prove to the people of SF that he belongs). The top picks would excite me if we hadn't just dealt with Craptree.

I've been watching this board for the last year or so and decided it's time to start contributing some of my vast knowledge

Here are some of my thoughts: Blake should be in the second unit with Bayless at the two spot, Gregg will be dominate in another year or two (but he looks like a new born fawn every time he tries an offensive move right now), Roy appears to have a dislike for Miller if you watch his body language and interactions with him during games (he needs to trust Miller a little more with running the offense) Rudy needs to be starting in this three guard line-up, especially if the goal is to spread the floor more, I'm VERY impressed with Martell and how fit he looks after a year off and the intensity he's bringing to the floor when he plays, and finally, there needs to be a consolidation of talent. Hopefully that includes Blake, Outlaw, and possibly Martell, Rudy or Nic on the way out for a superior third scoring option at a position of need. Rudy WILL NOT resign with this team!

Ps I'm not saying any of this is a new revelation, just stating my feeling on the team as a first time poster.

Yes in the first 5 games, I would agree with you, but I would like to see this line-up for 10 games or so. I would like seeing how this line-up fares with this long road trip. It could be possible that Roy and Miller may find themselves, being forced to play with each other on the road. Being on the road usually brings players together.

Is this something that's permanent? Maybe not... But it could work. We won't know until you see it for 10+ games. If it works, then it may bring another dimension to Roy's games.
