Daniel Im leads way with flawless 65 after opening round of Hero Indian Open

American Daniel Im carded an error-free seven-under-par 65 to lead the way after the first round of the Hero Indian Open in Delhi.

Im began his round birdie-birdie, starting from the 10th, and picked up another shot on 15 to reach the turn in 33.

Successive birdies followed on the first and second holes and the 30-year-old added two more in his final three holes to earn a one-shot lead over Thailand's Prom Meesawat and Spanish pair Jorge Campillo and Nacho Elvira.

Hero Indian Open: Indian Golfer Rashid Khan delighted to find his touch

Indian golfer Rashid Khan is happy to find his touch again after firing a four-under 68 in the second round to stay six shots away from the leader at the halfway stage of the Hero Indian Open in New Delhi on Friday.

It was here at the Delhi Golf Course that the 25-year-old had clinched the SAIL-SBI Open after beating Bangladesh's
Siddikur Rahman in the play-off in his rookie year in 2014. He then edged out Thailand's Thanyakon Khrongpha in Chiangmai Classic and finished 10th on the Order of Merit.

Australian golfer Pilkadaris leads by three shots at Indian Open

Australia's golfer Terry Pilkadaris fired a superb second round eight-under 64 to lead by three shots over home favourite S.S.P. Chawrasia at the $1.66 million Hero Indian Open here on Friday.

Chawrasia wins Hero Indian Open title

Four-time runners-up, SSP Chawrasia broke the jinx to lift the Hero Indian Open with a two-stroke victory at the prestigious tournament at the Delhi Golf Course here on Sunday.

The 37-year-old came up with a sedate one-under 71 in the final round to edge out defending champion Anirban Lahiri (69) and Korea's Jeunghun Wang (68). The victory also secured his European Tour card.
