If I were Joel I'd get off this sinking boat while I still could. He passed on taking more money to play for the Spurs once upon a time and it cost him a championship. If I were him, I'd sign with the Heat in the off-season if they come calling.

I hadn't heard that, but regardless the point stands, he would be wise to move on and chase a ring with a real contender (I'm sure the Thunder could use him), he's 31, he's coming off a major injury and may not have much left in the tank. I certainly wouldn't hold it against him.
