So, I'm finding that being on the internet is actually make me anxious these days. So let's attempt to be civil and take each other seriously. (Seriously!)

I'll start with a question: my fear (and a lot of Trump critics' fear) is that the people who voted for Trump really did so out of enthusiasm for a demagogue, and are genuinely happy at the discomfort he causes all and sundry, particularly the "PC crowd" who "call everyone a racist". If this is so, that will mean that he in turn is right when he says that he could shoot someone dead on the street and his supporters wouldn't care (see video below for exact wording). So, Trump voters of this forum, here is my question to you:
is there anything either that he has already done (like Steve Bannon, Jeff Sessions, settling the Trump University case for $25 mil, whatever) that has turned you off him even a little/given you pause for thought?
If not, is there anything that he COULD do/fail to do that would piss you off? Or are you a Trump fan above being a Republican/loyal American/whatever? Please respond in all seriousness - I promise I will not be snarky (in this thread, at least) I am genuinely curious.

Commendable thread....I don't fit the title though

Nothing has turned me off on Trump as of yet. I'll just let him do what he does, and I'll let you know if I disagree with it.

>>> No.

If not, is there anything that he COULD do/fail to do that would piss you off?

>>>Yes.

Or are you a Trump fan above being a Republican/loyal American/whatever?

>>> No

Please respond in all seriousness

>>> I cross my heart.

- I promise I will not be snarky (in this thread, at least).

>>> What ever pleases you.

I am genuinely curious.

>>>> Pleased to serve.

How was that article an insult free attempt at a dialog?
Did I personally insult you? No. I offered an article to help the OP understand how some people think about the situation.

If you can't handle that then I don't know what to tell ya.

Don't ask me. Ask him. I am just giving you guys some insight into the movement.
I don't want somebody else's insight. Did you vote Trump? If so, is there anything he could do/not do to lose it?

Milo is somebody whose business is being a provocateur. He's literally trying to be a celebrity. I don't take him seriously (and neither do you). He is as far as you could get from the "average Trump voter". Can he even vote in the US?

So you didn't vote for him because of anything he promised? Why did you vote for him? Because he was the Republican candidate?

Did I say you personally insulted me? I can handle it just fine. The person who can't seem to handle a very simple and non special snowflake threatening question is you.

Oh shit, I know what's coming next.

I apologize for calling @blue32 a special snowflake.

Isn't this intended to be an insulting question?
Honestly, no. Why would it be?

If you like, I'll answer it for Clinton (in the alternative universe where she won the electoral college/the presidency was done by popular vote) - would that help?

Mainly I would be looking to see if she was cozy with Wall Street. I know Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone is pretty scathing about the Clintons and the banks and I'd keep an eye on whether she pushed for real reform. But also I'd want her not to give up on gun control (like Obama did) and make real efforts on global warming. I was disappointed in Tim Kaine as VP (although he seems like a good sort) and would want to see Elizabeth Warren in a prominent position.
