So if you were GM you would have traded the entire starting line up of a 2nd round playoff team because 3 were entering free agency, one was Batum and it's not fair to keep Lillard on the team without the other 4 players.

I hope the Kings have a terrible season. However, the Lakers have better tradable young assets with Clarkson, Daneglo, and Randle. They sent offers to Karl when they found out they wanted to trade him.
 
People..... We're giving this guy's statements way too much credit. The things he is posting are way too idiotic to deserve intelligent responses...

Aldridge got us one series win in 9 years. Wes is injured. Batum sucks. Lopez isn't worth 13 million. Olshey is smart.

No big Time free agent will never sign here, No big time free agent wants to play for a small market team, blah blah blah.... Here's my question: Why try so hard to build a championship contender? By saying that, Even if we do end up with that #1 pick in 3-6 years he'll probably be gone anyway.
 
You are probably correct BG. Lamarcus might have been the best player to play here in 30 years and they didn't keep him. Can't see the next top caliber guy being treated any different.

I'm just saying, we/Blazers can't have that kind of attitude while thinking they are going to build a championship team. You can't be thinking Durant or any other big time free agent won't come just because we are a small market. If your going to have that kind of attitude you might as well give up now and not even try.
