Just gotta say, the Brandon Roy hate makes us look pretty fucking provincial. Maybe that "soccer mom" concept fits after all. Jesus.

All this for the 7th pick....Feel free to attack someone's views about B-Roy, but let's not let that spill over into attacking poster's core identities, 'kay?
I wouldnt characterize one bitter man as "us."Just gotta say, the Brandon Roy hate makes us look pretty fucking provincial. Maybe that "soccer mom" concept fits after all. Jesus.
Love that he’s in a Timberwolves uniformIn my book, Lillard is the best Blazer ever. Drexler is a close second. Roy is somewhere down the list after guys like Walton, Lucas, and Porter.

Now, if the Blazers end up winning the Wembanyama Lottery, I'm moving Roy up a couple of spots on that 'Best Blazer Ever' list.
Not at all everyone. Only a select fewJust gotta say, the Brandon Roy hate makes us look pretty fucking provincial. Maybe that "soccer mom" concept fits after all. Jesus.
So many sensitive people on this subject. It’s funny to me how so many people love Roy, but dislike Aldridge
Mine is not sensitivityYou complain about someone representing the team.
Others defend him.
Others = sensitive? Classic.
Mine is not sensitivity
I figured you’d pick up on that detail.Love that he’s in a Timberwolves uniform

I have some fond memories of Roy, but I also remember some reports towards the end of him being unhappy that Oden was being featured in the offense. I remember him not wanting Andre Miller to start. There was some reports of his personality changing once he became a star, which we have NEVER heard about Dame.
Roy is not Dame. He did some great things for this team, but it was for such a short period of time, and towards the end he did some things that put a bad taste in my mouth. But hey.... if he can get us the #1 pick again, all will be forgiven.
This is ridiculous. More grasping at straws by management. What are the odds that a guy who got us the #1 pick the last time he appeared at the lottery will do it again? The odds of that happening have to be astronomical.
If you know the odds already, why use Roy? He’s not going to make any difference. The odds are the odds.I'm going to take a wild guess its 10.5%

Ha Ha Ha. You beat me to it.I'm going to take a wild guess its 10.5%

Not exactly the math he was looking for lol. The math would be of a guy who garnered the #1 pick two times in a row when being the featured "spokesperson" at the draft. Different numbers.

I will say that Nick Gilbert RIP got it done for the Cavs. So not necessarily astronomical. Not exactly the math he was looking for lol. The math would be of a guy who garnered the #1 pick two times in a row when being the featured "spokesperson" at the draft. Different numbers.

So Rod Strickland is your choice?BRoy was #7, we can fall to number 7, don’t like it.
