Powell used government email servers. he didn't run a private foundation that received donations from foreign diplomats and leaders while Secy of State.

You can't wish it away.

Powell was not subject to government rules that were enacted in 2005 and 2009 which Hillary violated. He wasn't Secy of State in 2005.

Obama administration kinda shot themselves I. The foot on that one! Haha

Powell used a private email account for some of his correspondence. As Denny said, the rules in effect then were not the same as the ones Hillary was subject to. Powell also did NOT have his own email server that he maintained his correspondence on so that he could control access to its contents.

Just as email-gate looked to be winding down, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned a person claiming to be a computer specialist has come forward with the stunning news that 32,000 emails from Hillary Clinton‘s private email account are up for sale. The price tag — a whopping $500,000!

Promising to give the trove of the former Secretary of State’s emails to the highest bidder, the specialist is showing subject lines as proof of what appear to be legitimate messages.

Radar has learned that some of the topics discussed in the email appear to include everything from Benghazi to the Algerian hostage crisis — with subject lines such as:

“H Libya security latest. Sid” (with attachment)
“H FYI, best analysis so far of hearing Sid,’ about the latest security
in Libya”
“H Algeria latest French Intel on Algeria hostage Sid”
“H Latest French Intel in Algeria hostage Sid” (with attachment)
“H Latest Libya intel internal govt discussions high level” (with
attachment)
“H HIGHLY IMPORTANT! Comprehensive Intel Report on (with attachment)”

Warns the insider, “If these emails get out to the public domain, not only is Hillary finished as a potential Presidential nominee, she could put our country’s national security at risk.”

Poor Hilary fans... It's like the world has crushed around them
Hilary was never getting my vote but you're sort of predicting a blowout during pregame warmups. I think Trump has you on the take...

I think Hilary won't even get a chance to run against Trump.

Wanna wager on Trump winning the primaries?
I don't gamble, ever...I'm not invested in a single candidate but I'm already checking off the worst case scenarios and Trump leads that list...if ever there were a foreign diplomacy disaster waiting to happen, it's a Trump presidency.

LMAO! Did he promise that he would end the war in Iraq? Yes or No? That was one of his biggest pledges.

Hold on, on one hand he's a dictator, who does what he wants regardless of what the rest of government wants/thinks, and on the other hand he's a failure for not getting 2 "pledges" done?

You do realize that holding a candidate to their pledges is pretty much the surest sign that you've lost the argument, right?

Watch the video. Not only did he pledge it, he said it was over and he made sure it happened. When finally confronted later, he said "why are you putting this on me?" I'm sure you just ignored it like the rest of the sheep

And furthermore, when George Bush senior made his "read my lips" pledge, it ruined his chance to get re-elected.

No, that's not what ruined his chances of re-election.

Ross Perot had a lot more to do with that than "read my lips".

And if anything, the "read my lips" quip would've bothered republicans, not democrats.

Your track record kind of speaks for itself. So the more you harp on Hilary, and praise Donald, the more likely I believe Hilary will win and Donald will go down in flames (which while Donald as a candidate will make for a hilarious presidential run, he won't win the election).

I'm pretty sure when Trump fizzles out mags will be all over this with a thank me guys for the reverse jinx thread

Exactly! The people that would have voted for Bush didn't. They didn't have confidence that their candidate would follow through with what he promised. Democrats aren't that savvy

if you're basing your confidence in your candidate on the promises they make, and you hold them over the fire about them, you're an idiot who shouldn't vote.

I love how he promised he would cut the deficit by half.

The deficit is 1/4 what it was just a few years ago during the peak of Democrats controlling congress and the white house.

I'd say the deficit is cut by half and then half again.

Wasn't that pledge part of his first term though?

Ahhh, so what you base your vote on? Have you ever voted anything other than Democrat? Don't lie!
