Leaving the gym last night. Walked into the locker room and turn and see two guys holding another guy down and basically tickling him I guess.

I looked at them, walked by and said "that's kinda gay"

Grabbed my shit and left.

So, on a scale of 1-10 how wrong was I?

I mean.... it literally looked pretty gay so I wasn't technically wrong.

As we're leaving I was telling the wife and an employee heard me tell her and he turned and asked if I was serious. I was like YEP.

He was pretty amused.

I mean this made me lol but others in this forum will probably tell you how fucked up you are for it. I say it is what it is. In my head what I have made the story is, you roll up on two of those workout bro douches who talk about how fuckin cool they are and how they fuck all these girls but here you are, you catch them in the locker room and they are acting really gay and it's kinda weird because they are supposed to be straight right? guess what? they are actually gay. It's hidden. Classic douche bros. Whether you were right or wrong to say it, who cares. I wouldn't of said shit, probably would of thought it in my head but I know you aren't homophobic so I am not gonna pretend and come at you with a pitch fork

I know two dudes who got out of highschool and never changed, always in party mode. These two specific guys go to raves and party, edm music and drugs and shit. Always posts instagram stories of himself and this other dude partying, shirts off and shit, I suspect they are gay

I give your response a 3 out of 10.

Naked men tickling each other is pretty homo-erotic, but not necessarily 100% gay.

If they were blowing each other I'd give you 0 out of 10.
They we're not naked. They went to work out together as I walked out. If they were naked I wouldn't have said kinda.

I'm not homophobic all the way, but I don't like public displays of affection. There is a 50 something couple in perfect shape that are always half making out on the gym floor. Not my cup of tea.

Most of the time I walk in and there is some 145 lb 20 year old flexing in the mirror.

Then you overhear him and his buddies telling each other "you're getting huuuuuge bro"

True, it is weird when people get all touchy in public. It's like yo wait till you get to the car or some shit

Righteous.
Well, he is right. I accidentally hit a woman with my cart at Costco the other night. Actually she was a foot from it but was too weak to push it and she put her foot back and caught it with her sandal.

She turned and glared at me like I did it on purpose.

So I did it two more times. I would have apologized even though it wasn't even really my fault, we were penned in like cattle

He asked. And it was kind of a joke and kind of true.

And I never said that I'm not a dick at times too, I don't think I would have done the same thing, but I certainly do some dick things. So do you, barfo and SPD. It's life

Amatuer.

You should have ripped your shirt off and ran over to them while yelling, "Daddy Bear likes! Daddy Bear likes a lot!"

I'd have left them to their tickling too. :dunno:

This is one of your dumber posts. No one in here would do, say, or think the things you're alleging.

When you said it, what reaction did you want from them? Literally the words "that's kinda gay" don't mean much if you're not telling us the intent behind them. That's where the homophobia is measured.

Actually some people are comfortable enough in their sexuality, and close enough to their male friends that tickling them doesn't mean they are gay. I always think it's funny when people call actions gay, they are generally not. The only thing that actually makes you gay is being attracted to members of the same sex, and not members of the opposite sex.

It wasn't thought, just said. I just say the first thing that pops into my head. I guess that makes it just an observation.

In a public locker room is at least not appropriate.

Would it be more or less appropriate if they had been tickling each other in the gym itself? Is it that they were tickling each other or was it that they were tickling in a place where it's acceptable to get nude?

I'd say a 2/10 tops, much closer to a 1/10... the scale is exponential, like the Richter Scale, just because a 10/10 is chaining a gay person to the back of a truck and dragging them miles on gravel until he dies.
