I don't see that at all. He has the highest bench PER easily, and he is +8 on Ortg/Drtg, best on the team (LMA is the only player positive at +1).

What more can he do to get minutes? Box out better? Stotts needs to put his best players on the floor, and Leonard's stats say he make the team better.

I think Leonard would get consistent minutes if he were more consistent on defense. Kid has shown he can score and rebound well, but is always out of place on defense. IMO, Stotts is trying to teach him by not letting him play until he figures out defense.

As for his PER, it is like 2.0 this month so far. Inconsistent minutes will do that to PER though.
