Yeah, this actually happened in Indiana too. Pretty sad and disppapointing. I've always been against MTV and now I'm even further against it. It's just sad the way kids are these days.

Is it just me or do people link music channels to everything these days?Anyway, if anything..the teacher that left the class unattended should also take some blame too..could've got another teacher to watch em real quick at least.

These are 5th graders. If you were a teacher would you be wondering if the kids were going to have sex while you went out of the classroom? I think most 5th grade teachers would be worried about whether the kids will get into an argument about who has the coolest binder or something like that. Nobody expected this - which just shows how sad America's youth is becoming.

Don't blame MTV, blame the piece of sh*t parents who didn't teach their kids not to be f*cking perverts. I'm tired of people trying to pawn their problems onto TV, or the internet or whatever when the real problem is parents don't want to parent their f*cking kids.

I blame both the teacher and the students, What teacher would leave her/his class without even making sure another teacher was there? I wouldn't care what grade you are in, you never know what is going to happen, and to all parents, if you have MTV, you also have Parent block, USE IT.

I swear I never thought about sex in the 5th grade.... these kids now are just sad...

I wouldn't mind having sex with a 11 year on a classroom lol.

This is old news. I feel the crowd that believes television MTV or rap are somewhat responsible. But come on, who puts those kids in front of the television instead of reading to them? Who puts headphones on their kids ears instead of putting a book in their hands? It's the parents, baby. Children don't do what they want to do. They do what parents allow them to do; what they're trained to do. What they think is expected of them. These kids have a master's education in sex and violence. WTF do you expect? When I was in fifth grade we were left unattended from time to time. All we did was cap on each other and tell yo mama jokes. It never even occurred to us to get down like that.

Yuck. Horny 5th Graders. Stop blaming it on rap they are listening to the mainstream videos and are getting inspired by dancing. But where the F*ck was the teacher? She is the one thtat gave them a chance and time to do it.

^^ it isnt the teachers fault. And yeah you can blame MTV /BET and stuff. Cause all these kids do is listen to music about haven sex / drugs. Then they watch the vids.

Once again STS is all pissy about things he can't get. First it's friends, girlfriends, now it's elementary school sex.HE'S ANGRY AT THE WORLD! OMGZ. Come on, it was a few ghetto children in some dump of a school in New Orleans, this isn't a sign of our society going down the gutter or BET brainwashing kids into having 10 year old sex...come on folks.

Didn't read the whole thread, so this is just my two cents:Yes, you can blame the teacher. Teachers are not supposed to leave their students unsupervised... and that especially holds true in elementary and junior high school. Sure, they might not think their students are going to have sex, but there are plenty of other things the students could do. Every school and school district in this country more than likely has a rule stating teachers are not to leave students unsupervised... and even if they didn't, that is common sense.Blame music, TV, video games, and whatever else you want, because these things are partly responsible... but the PARENTS are supposed to be the ones making sure their kids aren't exposed to such things at a young age, and if they are it is the parents responsibility to sit down with their kids and teach them right from wrong, etc. It seems anything that goes wrong with kids these days, everybody jumps the gun to blame anything and everything other than the parents... maybe if the parents actually did what they are supposed to do, these sort of things would happen less frequently.

And if you don't think that 11 year olds having sex is wrong, then you should be hung and shot in that order.

^^^ Get emmmmmmmmmmmm lolololBut im with you. its just sad that young kids are haven sexThen the little boys dont know how to act. They will start sayin the gurls a slut """ seen it happen""" and it just messes up the girls image cause of 1 mistake.

Lucky kids, I would have killed to have sex in 5th grade...

This is pretty sick..I think this is where I draw the line..I don't think S2S understands a think about sex thoughThis was clearly the wrong time for these kids at 11 f*cking years old but when underage sex happens (im talking 13 to 17 years old) and those 2 people have strong feelings toward each other..lets just say "love"..and it's just the right time for them..why not? You're just mad because you can't get pussy? lolFire crotch

I wonder if it was Pinoy's class...But seriously this is just a freak thing by some weird ass kids, not a sign of our society going down the drain.

If it's true love, then I'm fine with it, but that's not what 99% of underage sex is. It's just lust. Massive difference. Though most everyone mixes it up, which shows their stupidity. There is no such thing as love until you're in college IMO. Which is validated by the fact that like 99% of all young marriages end fast. I don't see why you can't wait until the legal age of 18.
