So did the Nets really miss Bobby Simmons _that_ much?
Yikes

The Knicks just traded their two best players to shed salary and are one of the league's younger teams. But they aren't rebuilding?
The Knicks also have many young players who are playing great also. What's your point?
And if you have an MVP candidate and another one playing solid and you are only 2 games in front of a joke of a team, it speaks volumes of how much an impact they have.
This is irrelevant? How does this pertain to the Nets/Rockets game?
I live in the tri-state area, have access to YES Network, and am a basketball fan. Furthermore, the Nets are in the local newspapers, news stations, and I have several friends who are Nets fans. It's kind of difficult not to follow the team. The Nets forum is also rather active and frankly I enjoy discussing hoops. Do I "relish" in their struggles? Considering that my team plays in the same conference and division, perhaps I do "relish" in their struggles, just like Raptors, Celtics (I guess not too much), and 76ers fans do. Although you might not agree with my perspectives on the team, I support my arguments which dispels the inane notion of me "trolling" on the board. And the Knicks board isn't active, which is why I don't post there as much.
getting back to game topic....shame on me!!!!.... does anyone else see something different in Devin Harris' attitude and game for the past few weeks??? i mean it looks like he's playing in spite of or someone broke his heart lol... idk, you read certain people by their body language and i mean he just doesnt seem his into it anymore... does anyone else see that?
i jus see no spark nor will... none that of which catapulted him into early all-star balloting as well as posting up huge numbers...
So what, you aren't me. Whether you choose to comment in the Raptors board is your choice. I, however, follow the Nets and choose to comment on them in the Nets board. As mentioned, when I post I support my arguments. Instead of being sensitive and bitching about what I post, you can easily disagree; I'm always open for a good debate. I am also a member of other Knick communities, but the fact that I am a Knick fan has little to do with the matter at hand. I'm a basketball fan, a longtime member of this site, and I enjoy talking hoops. I don't see why I should be limited to how many times I can post in one of the site's most active boards. So what, I'm from Toronto and follow the Raptors from time to time and read their message boards. But I don't go on their message boards everyday with Nets insignia on and constantly comment on their flaws and struggles even if there might be some truth in it. They would know whats up if I did and would call me out on it. I am rooting for the Nets and found an active board with Nets members here. If there isn't an active Knicks message board on S2 then maybe you should go find some Knicks fans and invite them to chat with you there or go find an active Knicks community on some other site instead of spending you're every waking moment on the Nets board, who you are not even a fan of.
Knicks are worst team in this league, period.

What could be more relaxing that the knowledge that your entire country is watching your every move at that exact moment?
Seriously though, it's like a home game for him.
someone has to take some responsibility for letting Aaron Brooks go off for 22 points and 6 assists... Also Good job on VC and Hassell on their defense on T-mac and Artest. Nets just lost to a better team. Woulda liked to see more energy, but the rockets just played better. Brook was okay for his first time against yao. Yi was iono prob nervous?
Our offense was nonexistent. I guess we'll always struggle in the future if Devin doesn't perform well.
Didnt i tell deleted to get the hell out of this forum. Your team sucks ***et. lololololol Knicks are not going to the playoffs.
No personal attacks. Joker already warned I'm warning you again. Let this be the last time.
It's also laughable that you think you can tell me where I can post.

does anyone feel that there is chemistry amongst our baby nets? for instance take a look at the Rockets(well coached) they move together and everyone knows there roles as well as play unselfishly.
