At this point last year they were 3-7, got hot the rest of April and then were below average until July but got red hot in September. I know they've built around their pitching but you still have to come up with a few hits and their performance at the plate so far has been pitiful!

Mariners are at the bottom of the league in nearly every statistical category.

It’s a long season though and I don’t anticipate that to hold.
