How can I improve as a member?

Don't give chincy little remarks or short complaints or i'll delete them. I just want to get a feel for how I can improve, i've come a long way to this point. So fire away.

Not these again. Anyways, I think this is more of how I can improve as a mod, now gmod. You should just delete what is needed, don't get "modhappy" and delete any post that is criticism in this thread.

I think you complain a bit too much, I've caught you on 3 occasions saying "this is stupid" or a stupid idea. something like that, but it makes topics more interesting.A bad thing yet has its benifits.

Also, you do tend to make some meaningless topics somethimes and as a global moderator that is usually unexeptable.

By not deleting my topics. I hate when someone deletes my thread/posts and fails to inform me. You complain too much. If you want something, you could simply just ask Tony for it privately, instead of whining about it to everyone. It's annoying.Your posts are generally one-liners.
