How Do You Know If Your In Love?

I turn 16 in August and I'm going to be a junior...

How many times do I have to say it lol. I already asked her out. Like I said I got rejected just I'm still not over her and I still haven't given up on it yet because I think(actually I'm almost positive) if I can just get more oppurtunities to hang out with her, I can win her over. The only thing is I don't think she realizes it even though I've made it fairly obvious. I'm gonna be seeing her though in July. She's doing a play and I'm planning on going to it and suprising her there with flowers or some sh*t like that. I'm thinking if I show that I care enough to go see her at her performances it will help atleast a little since most likely no other guy friend she has will go to it. Plus it will atleast show that I'm still not over her which I want her to know.

Ill turn 17 in my junior year...but I was born real early for the school thing...if I was born when I was supposed to, I would be a senior next year...but I was a month and a half late so ill only be a junior...

You need to assert a little independence. Do your own thing, ignore her a little, play her out.-It's too late for flowers. You might have tried that when you told her you were interested. But now it'll look desperate. Don't do the flowers thing until she's down. Right now, you got a rejection demerit and her record is clean. Fill that space with a little pride, give her a little space, maybe don't let her know you went to the show until she ask you about it. Poring affection on her is more likely to sicken her rather than develop a sweet tooth. Play a little defense and build yourself up. Know the risks. If it's right, you'll know when to dust it off and try again.-If you love her, then love her. Get to know her. Don't back down in arguments (but don't be a ***hole neither). Talk to her without gushing and control yourself. You'll know if she seeks you out if the connection is real. Real friends and lovers find each other.-You want her to think you're over her, young'un. Girls don't like suckers; they use them.</div>Ok first off about the give her space thing, since it's summer I don't see her in person at all anymore so it's not like I'm not giving her space or always trying to give her attention. I'm only talking to her about 2-3 times a week and like I said it's not even in person. Also I'll admit that I've given her some chances to take advantage of me and she still hasn't. I know probably all guys say this, but she really is different than most girls and I honestly think she's too nice to use someone. I could be wrong but I'm almost positive she won't start using me. I realize though I could be wrong and I'll definetly keep what you said in mind. I also agree now with what you said in the 2nd paragraph. Thanks for the advice.
