I would prefer that we guarded the pick and roll effectively.

I think ideally you would use all of the above. It's not that hard, but Stotts acts like these guys are mental midgets who can only handle "learning" one way to do it all the time. I like hedging primarily, assuming the big you have out there isn't a big slug. With someone like RoLo I understood sagging. He was fairly effective at sagging and contesting shots without fouling. Plumlee doesn't seem as suited to this defense, and with his mobility, I would personally put him to use jumping out at the ball more. The few times we've blitzed the ball this season have mostly ended up in stops, even steals leading to fast breaks.

I don't care how, just fricken better. Figure it out Stotts! Hire @BonesJones as a private consultant under the radar or something on this cause yeah. He explained shit to me that was somewhat over my head... and apparently over yours too cause the players asked for what he said and bam... it worked!!!!
