Okay. So Tracy McGrady can't get his teams past the 1st round, but it's not his fault. Vince's team gets past the 1st round, but not because of him. Yeah, no double-standard there.
Take a look at Kobe's disappearing act in the 1st round against the Suns last year. And this year, his disappearing act in the Finals. I guess Tracy is better than him, too.
In 2004, the Magic put McGrady on the trading block, and got him for 3 players, one of which who is overpaid, and the other two who don't even play any more.
Vince, on the other hand, was injury-plagued, didn't wanna be on the Raptors, and had his reputation tarnished by an interview in which his words were taken out of context. Plus, the Raptors had Babcock as a GM. That alone should tell you something.
Oh, and that fools gold thing was taken out of context. About 3 or 4 people said that multiple times in this thread, but I guess you didn't read/ignored it.
That Bobcats example was terrible. Because...well, look at where the Bobcats are. Still shitty, even with getting Richardson. Hell, they have Michael Jordan as a GM. He's possible one of the worst GMs in the league. It's a good thing that he doesn't find Vince valuable, because his opinions as a GM usually are the opposite of actuality.
The Cavs also offered Wally for Vince because they were under the impression that the Nets were rebuilding, getting ready for 2010, and wanted cap space. Hm, where do you think they got that idea from?
Yes, I'm seeing a pattern that you hate Vince, and have a double-standard when comparing him to Tracy McGrady.
Not sure how 3 teams = "majority" of management.
