In Canada it's always dark. 6 months of the year. -160 Celsius too. When I wake up, I put my snow shoes on and walk over to my dog sled and ride on over to the local polar bear watering hole to find some seal to eat. Than, I go to school with my other Canadian friends and write on tree bark with maple tree sap. For lunch we eat Canadian bacon. At night we go to our snow huts and we sleep.

But to answer your question, no. We are not afraid of the dark.

HAHAHA that was funny.... The show is defintely great you should watch some old episodes on like hulu or another site to get caught up a little bit. Barney is my favorite character, I love when he says suit up or something about him being AWESOME.
