Okay I'm thinking after the next loss after Boston but I want to know what you think.

Who the fucks cares? Firing Nate is not going to help these guys from falling down while driving to the basket, passing the ball 10 feet over someone's head, getting stripped under the basket, or missing a lay up. Although I am sure Nate would love to be fired to get away from this shit.
I wonder if the coaching search this offseason will go like the GM search has.

Care about progress. It's the start if rebuild.
A new coach can change a lot. These players have been good on other teams.
i think he means progress is getting rid of the current coach. Step 1.
Bringing in a new coach accomplishes one very important thing. It allows younger players like Smith, Williams and Babbitt to see if they fit with LA and Batum. Nate wont do that because he is trying to win and save his job. An assistant like Canalas would though under the instruction of upper managementBringing in a new coach when you can't even practice isn't gonna do much this year. Might as well wait tell the off season and get us a nice 9-12th pick.
I have a hard time seeing Nate canned mid-season. Too much respect between him and Paul.

The key to that is who is getting traded. If they can't make any trades while keeping their cap flexibility this summer, then I doubt Felton and Crawford will be happy sitting on the bench when they want to show case their ability to other teams. That would be a nightmare situation for Canalas. And if they do trade them then Nate would have no choice but to play the young guys.
Either way firing him mid season is bullshit. It says "yeah we screwed up with the players we got you, but sorry you are the one that is fired".
You might as well wait. It accomplishes nothing to do it now.
