How many times a week to you go to the gym?

Depends what you want. Pull ups and home workouts are fine if you just wanna lose weight and such. If you actually want to get big muscles and not have the body of a 13 year old girl then the gym is a must.

Do you leave her body in a locker, or the dumpster out back?

I go to the gym about 3 days a week, run (4-5 miles) once or twice a week, play basketball once a week, and mountain bike once or twice a month.
 
I go about 4 times a week. Really proud of the results!
