The Blazers current record is 46-30

6 remaining games. Their upcoming schedule:

Saturday - @ Sacto
Wednesday - @ LAClippers
Friday - Dallas
Sunday, April 11th - @ LALakers (HUGE game!)
Monday, April 12th - OKC
Wednesday, April 14th - Golden State

How many wins?

I'm going with wins over Sacto, Clippers, Dallas, OKC, and GS

51 Wins.

4-2 losses vs dallas and la. 5-1 if we get a few breaks

okc game decides where we finish. 7th or 8th

This team can be so up and down but I'll go with 51 with a loss to the Lakers.

I don't really think it is possible to go 5-1. We will drop one of those games. I don't know which one but I think we possibly will. Hell 4-2 for 50 wins for this season is not bad at all.

A team with the most time missed due to injury in NBA history could possibly reach 50 wins? Yet, certain posters are bitching after every loss? This place is great

There's people on this forum who thought we'd get 48 wins when polled in October. We're two wins away from that now, and I'm fucking ecstatic about that.

Is that true? Great season either way but I figured the W's had the most injuries this year.

We have something like 250+ missed games this year.

Please, GS pretty much had that between 3 guys. The Warriors are the best at being hurt!! That counts for something, right?

And to answer the poll, I see Portland ending with 49. Taking one of OKC or Dal and giving away one of GS (who surprisingly plays portland well) or Sac

lol definitely. How many starters did you lose this year?

Well, Beidrins, missed 50 games and his backup, Turiaf, missed about 40. At PF there was a competition to see who would start but Wright missed the whole season and Randolph missed about 50. Azubuike would have probably started at SF with Maggette off the bench but he missed the whole year. The starting backcourt has been pretty healthy though.

49 wins. Loss to LA, plus going 1-2 against Dallas/OKC/GSW.

All things considered, not a bad record. Getting Miller acclimated quicker would have helped, as would acquiring Camby sooner. The former is on Nate (and Roy). The latter *might* be on KP, but it is entirely possible that the deal wasn't available sooner.

Our best player Roy - Missed 15 games
Starting Center Oden - Missed 55 games
Starting SF Batum - Missed 45 games
Back up Center Przybilla - 46 missed
6th man Travis Outlaw - Missed all but 11 games before being traded
Back up SG Fernandez - 20 games missed
not to mention all the rookies got hurt for substantial time as well a a few games for everyone else except Iron Man Andre Miller.

We are over 280 games missed now. I said 50 and if you look back, I think I said between 50-52 back in October. What a crazy season. I'm proud of my favorite team. Funny to me how these "fans" bitch after every game.
