How Much Time Does Carter Have in New Jersey?

Kiki Vandeweghe says he believes VC is cool with it all, but writers and pundits keep harping on Carter’s “ETD” — estimated time of departure. SI’s Steve Aschburner is the latest, calling Carter’s status with the Nets one of the “Burning Questions in the East”. He writes “Trading Carter for whatever president Rod Thorn can get would be preferable in a dreary season to watching Vince mentor”.
