Andy is very good imo. He's spot on. I agree with him, and if Cronin doesn't pull of a miracle this summer, and Chauncey won't make huge improvement as a HC, FO has to face reality and Dame needs to be traded, even though it would hurt everybody.

I'll just throw this out there, if Dame was compelled/bent on winning a championship regardless as to where, he would have asked out a number of years ago. As he has stated, its not the number 1 accomplishment/goal, but its something if done, he's willing to help do it here.
He's got a sweet situation here, hell, he could run for Mayor/Gov and win. He's the biggest Star in Oregon, he loves the area and fans. His fam seems happy here.
For the fans that think we are wasiting his career? I think he would disagree 100%, just look at what this 32 year old man has accomplished, if that's wasted, so be it.

I believe Dame waisting his own prime he the one wants to stay his loyalty is getting in the way of having a chance to win a championship. But I don't see him winning in Portland because it's a team with a few young talent players but majority it's patch work to fill roster spots.
