Trolling aside, I don't see how he'll be "re-elected" by a landslide.

He lost the popular vote last night, his popularity among non republican sheep is incredibly low and realistically, his victory came because Clinton didn't emphasize going to or giving a shit about Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan. And he *barely* won those states.

He might win again, but it won't be in a landslide. Oh, he'll tell you it was (and idiots will believe him), but it won't be.

He won't be re-elected. You can take that to the bank.
 
I have faith in the voting public, a majority of whom voted against Trump. My concern is whether it will be a free and fair election. From foreign interference, to hundreds of millions of dollars in dark money going to Trump, to insecure voting machines, to Republican led States doing everything they can, with the demise of Voting Rights Act, to keep the "wrong" people (Black, Hispanic, youth) from voting.

I have no doubt Trump would lose a fair election.
 
I have absolutely no doubt that Russia/Putin meddled in our elections and intelligence agencies have verified it as well.

And though I don't think they directly affected ballots/voting machines, I do however believe that through bots/social media, etc., they were able to sway enough voters who were on the fence to give their vote to Trump. Some of the states/precincts were close enough that even a small percentage could have made the difference.

Putin owns Trump...and Trump owns the GOP.
 
I'm really tired of lawyers like Rudy playing courtroom games with the govt and media.....any defense attorney will lie to win...it's the "truth is not the truth" bullshit....Rudy is a broken man from all I've heard him say and do. I hope he goes to jail.

Going North of 307 electoral votes is pretty much a land slide.
The derangement will continue.
 
Putin has just started making it ok in Russia to arrest journalists as spies.....he's been doing it already even poisoning some but now he's trying to put it into law......sound familiar?

These are all fair points, but unfortunately, the basic premise of the US electoral votes gives a lot more power to people in rural communities over people in dense areas, so the idea of 'fair' elections where everyone's vote is worth the same is a myth. Given that - I stand by my original statement - I am not at all confident in the voting public's ability to vote with reason

At least you guys are realistic. You kind of need to be to win an election. I don’t understand the people kicking back and smugly ensuring everyone he’s not going to win again. That is PRECISELY what lost the election in 2016. Not Russia. Not voting machines. Not racism and sexism. Complacency on the part of Democratic voters is what lost that election. And instead of owning up and addressing the problem they are doubling down and pissing off a bunch of people on their own side again.

If you don't believe the big dollar propaganda blitz by the Russians had no effect on the election then you are basically saying that the 240 billion dollars spent on advertising is a waste of money for companies. There are also many factors that went into a trump victory and a large part of that was also being a non politician with no history and now that the people have seen what sort of corrupt asshole this guy is, it likely won't be very easy for him. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I can proudly say I wasn't fooled once and definitely won't be fooled the next time.

Yup, if Putin did not seriously believe ahead of time that he could manipulate/persuade some American voters, then why would he have wasted all that money/man power attempting to do so ?

not the voters....Hillary ignored states she needed to win..Hillary lost that election..the voters actually gave her a popular vote win...she blew it when she looked for dirt on Bernie....that's reality. She was the one who thought she could mail in a campaign and ride Obama's popularity into an easy win....she's no Obama..she also played cute in the debates when she should've bitch slapped Donald....the "high road" didn't work out so well..Joe Biden is my fear right now...he's not as electable as Hillary.

Rudy is an evil man. There's nothing anyone can do, although I wish it were possible, to change him from the dark side to the light.

Smug? It's reality. He lost the popular vote and won the electoral college by a razor thin margin in the states that mattered. Do you really think this is possible again given the polling numbers? He's the most unpopular President ever.
 
My father rest his soul was a die hard, John Wayne, Nixon loving republican and I know for a fact he'd have hated Donald Trump representing his party....as an Iowa dairy farmer I can hear him say...don't trust those New York lawyers! They don't value the truth! ...I don't think conservatives today understand how many guys are like my dad who are disgusted by Trump.

Trump will stuff it up their combined ass in the next election. Win himself by more that previous 307 electoral votes. 320 to 335 range next time while taking the house back.

Ha! If he liked Nixon then he was sure as hell different than me. Even though John Wayne was cool. No way I would ever have voted for Nixon.

Trump has thrown the constitution in the trash for ego driven self interests...there's no support for his conduct and he's an embarrassment to the nation. His conduct is a power grab that does not want a republic....free press or legislative branch...it's why he's so attracted to dictators, sultans and monarchs...I would hope you'd see through his bullshit by now Marz..the world has.
